Patrick Gaetani

Patrick Gaetani joined United Insurance in February 2013 and currently serves as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Previously, he was a Partner but remains on the Board of Directors. A respected insurance industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Patrick brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, sales leadership, and relationship-building expertise to his role. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for connecting with people, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

Prior to joining United, Patrick served as Vice President and Commercial Lines Producer for Willis of Northern New England. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations across the healthcare, construction, transportation, hospitality, and manufacturing industries, providing strategic guidance, risk management expertise, and insurance solutions.

Drawing on his deep understanding of the insurance industry and firsthand experience in sales and client service, Patrick focuses on attracting exceptional talent who align with United’s values and culture. As the company continues to grow, he is committed to connecting with individuals passionate about serving clients, building relationships, and contributing to a workplace where people come first, and relationships still matter.

Patrick is a University of Southern Maine alumni and is actively involved in his community. He has served on several nonprofit and educational boards, including John Bapst Memorial High School, the Challenger Learning Center, the Bangor YMCA, the Katahdin Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine. Originally from East Millinocket, Patrick and his wife now live in South Portland.
