Samantha was first exposed to the insurance industry when she accepted an internship opportunity with a local insurance company during college, which fortuitously led her to United Insurance. Her career with United began in the HR department, where she simultaneously led licensing and compliance efforts for the organization. During her time, Samantha has worn several hats and has been a pioneer in the roles she’s held. “I have had the opportunity to dive into new roles and build them from the ground up. I’ve developed and streamlined new procedures and continue to adapt and support United’s growth”. Seven years later, Samantha is a respected and resourceful young leader in the organization. In her current role, Samantha enjoys the ability to expand her operational management and industry knowledge. She credits her success to United’s supportive company culture, where she’s been given the guidance and flexibility needed to thrive.

Samantha values United’s commitment to community and takes advantage of the volunteer opportunities available. Most recently, she volunteered with WinterKids and participated in the 2023 WinterKids Downhill24 skiing fundraiser with Team United. As a new skier, she stepped out of her comfort zone but felt encouraged by her team.
