Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the industry, she made a successful transition into Employee Benefits, leveraging her extensive knowledge to enhance the insurance landscape.

In her recent role as the Director of Operations & Client Services for a regional Third Party Administrator, Allysson displayed a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In this position, she prioritized customer satisfaction and operational excellence, nurturing strong partnerships and ensuring a positive client experience.

Allysson currently resides in Poland with her family – husband Steve, son Ethan, and Corgi Luna.
