Ann Foley
Director of Human Resources
At United Insurance, Ann leads and supports all strategic HR initiatives for our 15 locations. She provides coaching and advice to our teams, focusing on HR solutions that support and streamline the needs of our employees. Ann has 30 years of experience relating to all areas of human resources, including benefits, retention, performance management, employee relations, policy development, strategic planning, workers compensation, recruiting, and organizational development.
She is a graduate of The University of New England, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and the Human Resources Association of Southern Maine.
Ann and her husband Jim are Maine natives living in South Portland. They have two children, Lauren, and Sean. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends, hiking, reading, and traveling.
