Carly Freeman Thompson joined United Insurance in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Account Manager and brings a wealth of experience and insatiable intellectual curiosity to her role. She is an accomplished professional, passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions to complex problems.

Carly began her career on the Health & Welfare side of the insurance industry. She served as an Account Manager & Project Manager for a book of business comprised of primarily large group clients. She has extensive knowledge in both the self-funded and fully-insured markets. After exploring passions in technology and agroforestry industries, Carly has returned to her roots in the Employee Benefits world with a fresh perspective. She looks forward to leveraging her diverse skill set and experience to create positive change for her clients and community.
