Lance Ludka

Lance joined the United Insurance Employee Benefits team in 2026, bringing a strong foundation in building and maintaining long-term client relationships through his prior experience in account executive roles. He takes pride in partnering with Maine businesses to design tailored healthcare and benefits programs that truly support their employees’ needs.

A Maine native, Lance earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. He currently resides in Portland with his wife and their two boys. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and running.
