Matt Paradis
Chief Financial Officer
Matt was brought on board in 2009 to provide oversight for the accounting and finance functions of the organization, including the budget process. He is also responsible for the Financial Reporting to the Agency Managers and the Leadership of the organization. Additionally, in 2013, Matt took on the leadership of the IT side of the house as well, managing the IT Staff and our outsourced systems engineers. He has been managing both sides of the organization since that time.
Matt is considered a “Double Falcon” having earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance as well as a Master’s of Business Administration at Bentley University. He started working in the world of insurance back in the ’90s via a long career at Unum where he had various roles in Finance, Account Management, and his last position, which was as the Director of Field Sales Operations.
Matt is actively involved in the Bentley University Portland, ME alumni chapter, and is also on the Board of Directors for the Scarborough Chamber of Commerce where he serves as the Chair of the Career Exploration Committee working with local high schools on career education for local high school students. Matt is the father of 3, and enjoys reading, being at the lake, and likes to ski as often as possible.
