Scott Violette

Scott joined United Insurance in 2025 as Vice President of Financial Services after 18 years at Barresi Financial as a financial advisor and 10 years as a partner. His responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the financial services department, managing an existing book of business, developing new business, and managing client relationships. Scott is a native of Presque Isle and a graduate of the University of Southern Maine. He has served on many boards, including Rotary, Aroostook Medical Center, Turner Foundation, and UMPI Board of Visitors. Scott and his wife Gretchen live in Presque Isle and have two children, Zoey and Ethan.
