Whitney Smith

Whitney joined United Insurance’s Employee Benefits team in February 2026, bringing a strong foundation in client service and payroll operations. She began her career at Bangor Savings Bank in 2020, where she supported payroll functions and took on a variety of responsibilities that strengthened her ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.

Whitney is committed to helping organizations design competitive, tailored benefits programs that support both their workforce and long‑term goals. She values building strong relationships and takes pride in being a trusted partner to her clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and baking.
