United Insurance Acquires Six Kimball Korp Agency Offices 

Strategic, sustainable growth has been the foundation of our business strategy for over 156 years.  

In that spirit, we’re thrilled to welcome staff from Kimball Korp’s six offices in Lewiston, Livermore Falls, Turner, Rumford, Farmington, and Sangerville to the United Insurance team. The geographic location of these agencies complements and expands our existing Maine footprint. Five agencies with six office locations comprise Kimball Korp, including Kimball Insurance, Advantage Insurance, D&H Insurance, Bessey Insurance, and Weber Insurance. The staff currently working at D&H Insurance and Bessey Insurance will move into our Auburn office. The staff at Weber Insurance’s Farmington office and Advantage Insurance in Rumford will join our offices on Church Street in Farmington and Congress Street in Rumford. Kimball Insurance in Sangerville and Weber Insurance in Livermore Falls will continue to operate out of their current locations, which we will eventually rebrand to United Insurance.

I feel good knowing my clients will have even more personal and commercial coverage options, and my employees will have more resources and opportunities to grow their careers.”

With the recent addition of Gallagher Insurance in Caribou earlier this year, our expansion into Massachusetts with our Newburyport office and now Kimball Korp, United Insurance now has 18 locations with just under 200 employees who will continue providing trustworthy insurance solutions throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
